Sautee onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
I use panini rolls, spread half with mayo and garlic, the other half with bbq sauce, use your favourite.
Pile the shredded beef on the bbq sauce side, top with the sauteed veggies. On the mayo side add your favourite cheese. Slide the whole thing into the oven and broil untill the cheese has melted.
Heat the reserved meat juices and pour into bowls for dipping.
This is a fast and easy favourite around here.
